60-Day Risk Free Trial
We want you to love your Smoovhead. That’s why we give you 60 days to try it out. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a refund.
How it works
• If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label and make it right at no cost to you.
• If you simply change your mind or decide it’s not for you, you can still return it within 60 days, but you’ll need to cover the return postage.
Condition of returns
To qualify for a refund, your shaver must be returned in clean condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging included. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept items that show heavy use or are not properly cleaned.
How to start a return
Email us at support@smoovhead.com or contact us on Whatsapp with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Non-returnable items
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Personal care goods that are not in their original, unopened packaging
Stock Clearance Items
Products sold as Stock Clearance, Clearance, or Final Sale are heavily discounted and sold as-is. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where the item is faulty or does not comply with consumer law. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing clearance items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll fix the issue quickly and at no cost to you.
